BHEL and Reliance Power report earnings growth in Q3 FY25

Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) posted a net profit of Rs 1.35 billion for the quarter ending December 2024, marking a 125 per cent increase from Rs 0.60 billion in the same quarter last year.
The company’s total income rose by 31.87 per cent to Rs 73.85 billion, compared to Rs 56 billion in the corresponding period of the previous year.
Reliance Power Limited reported a net profit of Rs 0.42 billion for the quarter, recovering from a loss of Rs 11.37 billion in the same period last year.
The company’s total income grew by approximately 8 per cent to Rs 21.59 billion, up from Rs 19.99 billion in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.
