Atlanta Electricals wins Rs 288 crore transformer orders

Atlanta Electricals Limited said it has received new orders worth Rs 288 crore from Karnataka Power Transmission Corporation Limited (KPCL) and a private power producer, boosting its order book, according to a regulatory filing.

Atlanta Electricals said the contracts involve the supply of power transformers and related systems, with execution scheduled over the next twelve months.

The company said it secured two orders worth Rs 146 crore from KPCL. The orders cover 13 transformers, including six 100 MVA, 220/110 kV units and seven 150 MVA, 220/66 kV units, along with 11 Nitrogen Injection Fire Protection Systems.

Separately, Atlanta Electricals said it received three orders valued at Rs 142 crore from Datta Power Infra Private Limited. The supplies are for a project executed for NTPC across Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, and Andhra Pradesh. The scope includes ten 125 MVA, 220 kV power transformers and five 100 MVA, 220/33 kV power transformers.

Chairman and Managing Director Niral Patel said the orders reflect demand from both utility and private sector projects. The company said its consolidated order book rose to Rs 2,787 crore following the awards.

Atlanta Electricals, listed in September 2025, reported 80 percent revenue growth and a 120 percent rise in EBITDA for the October to December 2025 quarter. The company manufactures transformers at five facilities in Gujarat and Karnataka and said it had supplied over 4,700 transformers totalling more than 107,000 MVA as of 31 December 2025.
