APAR Industries Limited has announced a change in leadership for its Cable Solutions division, following the resignation of the outgoing Chief Executive Officer and the appointment of a new head.
Mr Shashi Amin, Chief Executive Officer for Cable Solutions, resigned from his role effective at the close of business hours on December 12, 2025. The company stated that his resignation was to pursue new challenges and opportunities outside the organisation. APAR Industries acknowledged his contribution and service during his tenure.
At the same time, APAR Industries appointed Mr Chandrashekhar Shrotri as Chief Executive Officer for Cable Solutions, effective December 4, 2025. Mr Shrotri has over 35 years of experience across sales, marketing, business development, and general management.
Before joining APAR Industries, Mr Shrotri served as Segment Chief Executive Officer for Region IAA at Siemens Limited. His responsibilities covered South Asia, South East Asia, Sub-Saharan Africa, and Australia, with oversight of operations across 22 countries.
The company said the appointments were made based on the recommendation of its Nomination and Compensation-cum-Remuneration Committee and were approved by the Board of Directors.
