Adani Power Limited has informed the BSE and NSE that Puneet Bansal will take over as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer from April 1, 2026, succeeding Deepak S Pandya, who will retire at the close of business on March 31, 2026.
Pandya joined Adani Power in August 2015 and has served in the role for over a decade.
Bansal brings more than 30 years of experience in corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and enterprise risk management.
