Adani Solar Energy Jodhpur Six Limited and Adani Renewable Energy Forty One Limited, both wholly owned stepdown subsidiaries of Adani Green Energy Limited (AGEL), have signed Power Consumption Agreements and Tripartite Agreements to supply 60 MW of solar-wind hybrid power to a commercial and industrial (C&I) customer.
The power will be supplied from a 50 MW solar power plant located at Baap, Rajasthan, and a 52 MW wind power plant at Khavda, Gujarat. The agreements were executed on October 30, 2025.
