Adani Green incorporates UAE subsidiary AREMEL

Adani Green Energy Limited has expanded its international presence with the incorporation of a wholly owned subsidiary, Adani Renewable Energy Middle East Ltd (AREMEL), established in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) on February 25, 2026.

The entity has been incorporated in the UAE with an authorised capital of AED 10,000. AREMEL will undertake power generation using renewable energy sources, in line with the core business activities of Adani Green Energy Limited.

The incorporation was completed through a cash consideration structure, with Adani Green Energy Limited holding 100% shareholding and full control over the subsidiary. As a wholly owned subsidiary, AREMEL is treated as a related party of the listed company.
