Adani Green Energy Limited (AGEL), through its wholly-owned subsidiary Adani Saur Urja (KA) Limited, has incorporated three new subsidiaries to advance renewable energy projects in India.
The newly established entities include Adani Hydro Energy One Limited (AHE1L), Adani Hydro Energy Two Limited (AHE2L), and Adani Hydro Energy Three Limited (AHE3L).
These subsidiaries will focus on generating, transforming, distributing, transmitting, and supplying power through renewable energy sources such as wind and solar.
Additionally, AGEL recently announced the incorporation of Adani Hydro Energy Five Limited (AHE5L) under Adani Saur Urja.
