Adani Green Energy forms three new renewable energy subsidiaries

Adani Green Energy Limited (AGEL) has informed the stock exchanges about the incorporation of three new step-down subsidiary companies through its wholly owned subsidiary Adani Renewable Energy Holding Eleven Limited (AREH11L).

Adani Renewable Energy Holding Eleven Limited (AREH11L), a wholly owned subsidiary of Adani Green Energy Limited (AGEL), has incorporated three new wholly owned companies focused on renewable power generation and development. These entities are Adani Ecogen Seven Limited (AE7L), incorporated on 02 January 2026, Adani Ecogen Eight Limited (AE8L), incorporated on 05 January 2026, and Adani Ecogen Six Limited (AE6L), incorporated on 06 January 2026. All three are registered in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

Each company has an authorised and paid up capital of Rs 1,00,000. They have not yet commenced business operations and have reported no turnover. Their stated objective covers generation, development, transformation, distribution, transmission, sale and supply of electricity using wind, solar and other renewable energy sources.

Adani Green Energy Limited (AGEL) has stated that these incorporations do not involve any acquisition cost, share swap or government approval, as the entities were newly formed by the existing group company. The company has also clarified that the transactions do not qualify as related party transactions.

The disclosure has been filed in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) listing regulations and is signed by Pragnesh Darji, Company Secretary of Adani Green Energy Limited (AGEL).
