Adani Energy forms new subsidiary Step-Fifteen Limited

Adani Energy Solutions Limited established a wholly owned subsidiary, Adani Energy Solutions Step-Fifteen Limited, on August 27, 2025. The entity will focus on power transmission, distribution, and related infrastructure services.
The new company is registered with the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat, Ahmedabad. It has an authorised and paid-up share capital of Rs. 1 lakh. Business operations have not yet started.
This is the seventh subsidiary announced by Adani Energy this month.
