ACME Solar wins 130 MW RTC project from REMC

ACME Solar Holdings Limited today announced that it has received a Letter of Award (LOA) from REMC Limited for a 130 MW renewable energy round-the-clock power project.
The project has been awarded to a domestic entity at a tariff of Rs. 4.35 per kWh. The tariff will remain fixed for the entire 25-year project period. ASH stated that the disclosure was voluntary and clarified that the award does not qualify as a related party transaction.
Separately, on 23 December 2025, ASH informed the stock exchanges about the incorporation of a new wholly owned subsidiary (WOS), ACME Greentech Sixteen Private Limited. The subsidiary has been incorporated in Gurugram and will focus on the development, establishment, and operation of power generation and renewable energy projects.
