ACME Solar Holdings Limited (ASHL) has commissioned new phases of its Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects at two locations in Rajasthan, with both achieving commercial operation date (COD) on March 25, 2026.
At Bikaner, ASHL commissioned the first phase of 60 MW / 269.606 MWh through its wholly owned subsidiary ACME Surya Power Private Limited. The project is located at Village Jaimalsar in Bikaner district and is part of a planned 250 MW / 1,103.392 MWh facility at the site.
At Jaisalmer, ASHL commissioned the fourth phase of 95 MW / 200.64 MWh through ACME Suryodaya Private Limited at villages Sanwara and Mehar Nagar in Tehsil Pokhran. With this addition, ACME Suryodaya has operationalised 171 MW / 361.14 MWh out of the total planned 285 MW / 601.904 MWh capacity. The remaining capacity of about 114 MW is yet to be commissioned.
