ACME Solar Holdings Limited has informed the stock exchanges that its subsidiary, ACME Eco Clean Energy Private Limited, has commissioned an additional 4 MW of its 100 MW wind power project at Titoda in Gujarat.
The commissioning was witnessed and confirmed by officials from the Gujarat Energy Development Agency and Paschim Gujarat Vij Company Limited. The company stated that a formal certification for the commissioning is expected to be issued shortly.
Following this development, the subsidiary has commissioned 72 MW of the planned 100 MW capacity for the Titoda wind project.
The company noted that this update follows multiple project commissioning disclosures submitted to the exchanges since October 2025.
