SJVN Green Energy has opened bids for developing up to 100 MW of wind power projects in Gujarat, connected to GETCO, with a 10-year operations and maintenance (O&M) contract. Union Home Minister Amit Shah inaugurated Gujarat’s largest waste-to-energy plant in Ahmedabad on the eve of the Gujarati New Year.  The PPP-based plant, developed at Piplaj in partnership with Jindal Urban Waste Management Limited, will process 1,000 metric tons of waste daily, generating 15 megawatts of electricity per hour. Trom Industries secures Rs 330 mn solar projects from Gujarat Metro Rail and Corona Remedies

Solar EPC firm Trom Industries Ltd has announced solar project contracts valued at Rs 330 million from Gujarat Metro Rail Corporation (GMRC) and Corona Remedies.
