Inox Green board approves fundraising plan of up to Rs 600 crore

Inox Green Energy Services Limited (IGESL) has approved a proposal to raise up to Rs 600 crore through the issuance of securities, according to a regulatory filing dated July 22, 2026. The fundraising will provide the company with financial flexibility and may be undertaken through multiple routes, subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals.

The proposal includes a base issue size of up to Rs 400 crore, along with a green shoe option of up to Rs 200 crore.

Fundraising structure

The board approved the issuance of various securities, including equity shares, preference shares, convertible debentures, non-convertible debentures and other eligible instruments. The fundraising may be carried out in one or more tranches.

According to the filing, the company may undertake the issuance through preferential allotment, private placement, Qualified Institutions Placement (QIP), or a combination of these methods, in compliance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, and applicable regulations of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI).
