ACME Solar launches QIP at floor price of Rs 294.13 per share

ACME Solar Holdings Limited has launched a qualified institutions placement (QIP) to raise funds from eligible institutional investors.

The company’s Fund Raising Committee approved the opening of the QIP on June 1, 2026. It also set the floor price at Rs 294.13 per equity share of face value Rs 2 each, based on the relevant date of the same day under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements (ICDR) Regulations.

According to the company, the committee also cleared the preliminary placement document and the application form related to the issue.

ACME Solar said it may offer a discount of up to 5% on the floor price. The discount has been permitted under a special resolution approved by shareholders on September 29, 2025. The company further stated that the trading window for designated insiders will remain closed until further notice. 

Separately, ACME Solar announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, ACME Sun Power Private Limited, has commissioned an additional 33.333 MW / 160.512 MWh of BESS capacity at its Rajasthan facility located in Bap tehsil across the Phalodi and Jodhpur districts. The commercial operation date for the additional capacity has been set as June 3, 2026.

With the latest addition, ACME Sun Power’s total commissioned capacity has increased to 266.669 MW / 1,283.936 MWh.
