Goodluck India secures USD 13.6 million Nepal transmission line order

Goodluck India Limited has received an export order from an engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) player in Nepal for the supply of galvanized steel tower structures and fasteners for a 400 kV double-circuit transmission line project.

The contract covers manufacturing, prototype assembly, fabrication, galvanizing, bundling, and shipment of galvanized lattice steel towers along with fasteners. The total order quantity is approximately 14,500 metric tonnes, with an aggregate contract value of USD 13.6 million.

The company said the contract is the largest order secured by its business division to date. Execution of the project is scheduled to take place in phases over 18 months, in line with the timeline agreed with the customer.

Mahesh Chandra Garg, Chairman of Goodluck India Limited, said the Nepal order further strengthens the company’s position in the international infrastructure market. He added that the contract reflects the company’s manufacturing capabilities, quality standards, and project execution experience. He also said the company remains focused on supporting infrastructure development across the region.
