Adani Green commissions 292 MW Khavda solar project

Adani Green Energy Limited (AGEL) has operationalised a 292 MW solar power project in Khavda, Gujarat. The project has been commissioned through its wholly owned stepdown subsidiary, Adani Green Energy Twenty Six A Limited (AGE26AL).
According to a regulatory update, the decision to commence operations was taken late in the evening, with power generation scheduled to begin from April 23, 2026.
Following this addition, AGEL’s total operational renewable generation capacity has reached 19,585.8 MW. The company stated that its operational battery energy storage system (BESS) capacity stands at 1,376 MWh.
The Khavda region remains a key location for AGEL’s capacity expansion, contributing to India’s clean energy targets.
