Premier Energies completes Transcon Ind acquisition, takes 51% stake

Premier Energies Limited has completed the second and final tranche of its equity acquisition in Transcon Ind Limited, resulting in the company becoming a subsidiary with effect from April 3, 2026. The development follows earlier disclosures made on October 23, 2025 and December 24, 2025.
In the final tranche, Premier Energies acquired 52,073 equity shares of Transcon Ind Limited through a preferential allotment on a private placement basis, for a consideration of Rs 250,30,97,037. Following this transaction, Premier Energies now holds 51% of Transcon Ind Limited’s paid-up equity share capital.
As a result of the acquisition, Neotrafo Solutions India Private Limited, a subsidiary of Transcon Ind Limited, has become a step-down subsidiary of Premier Energies Limited. The company received formal confirmation of this change from Transcon Ind Limited at 10:52 am IST on April 3, 2026.
