Adani Power Limited has received a Letter of Award (LoA) from Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (MSEDCL) for supplying 2,500 MW of round-the-clock (RTC) renewable energy. The company disclosed that the LoA was received on April 1, 2026.

The disclosure was made under Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India’s (SEBI) Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements (LODR) Regulations. The company stated that the agreement is a domestic contract and does not involve any related-party transactions. It also clarified that the promoter group of Adani Power holds no stake in MSEDCL.
