Advait Energy wins Rs 245 crore in power distribution contracts from Gujarat utility

Advait Energy Transitions Limited (formerly Advait Infratech Limited) has received five firm orders from Paschim Gujarat Vij Company Ltd (PGVCL) for the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of 11 KV medium voltage covered conductor (MVCC) systems. The company disclosed the development to the stock exchanges on March 31, 2026. All five orders were awarded on March 30, 2026 under the Revamped Reforms-Based and Results-Linked Distribution Sector Scheme (RDSS).
Project scope and package details
The contracts follow formal award for projects where the company had earlier emerged as the lowest bidder, with bid confirmations received in January 2026. The five packages span Morbi (Package 7) valued at Rs 55.14 crore, Bhavnagar (Package 8) at Rs 53.83 crore, Rajkot rural circle (Package 9) at Rs 54.08 crore, Amreli (Package 10) at Rs 44.48 crore, and Surendranagar (Package 11) at Rs 37.78 crore. The combined value is approximately Rs 245.33 crore, inclusive of taxes. Each contract has a nine-month execution period.
The scope includes supply of MVCC cables and accessories, along with installation, testing, and commissioning across the respective PGVCL distribution circles. The contracts are domestic and do not involve related party transactions. The promoter group and associated entities do not have any interest in PGVCL.
The disclosure was made in compliance with Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
