Siemens Energy India announces senior management changes

Siemens Energy India Limited (SEIL) has announced a series of senior management appointments and exits, effective between March 31 and April 2026.

Appointments 

Jaydeep Naha will assume the role of Execution Unit Head (Competence Hub) from April 1, 2026, in addition to his current position as Business Segment Head – Digital and Innovation. He has over 25 years of experience across digital solutions, engineering, project management, manufacturing, supply chain, and services, and has been associated with the Siemens group since 1999.

Ganesh Nadgouda, currently General Manager – Plant Operations (Grid Technologies – Transformer), will take on additional responsibility as interim Execution Unit Head (Grid Technologies – Transformer) from April 1, 2026, until further notice. He brings over 30 years of experience in plant operations, supply chain, and business unit management.

Mrinal Ghosh, Execution Unit Finance Head (Steam Turbines & Generators), will additionally serve as interim Execution Unit Finance Head (Grid Technologies – Grid Solutions) from April 11, 2026. He has over 25 years of experience in finance, controlling, audit, and consulting, and holds a chartered accountant qualification along with an executive MBA from FAU Erlangen-Nuremberg.

Departures

Vaibhav Agwan will step down as Execution Unit Head (Competence Hub) effective March 31, 2026, to pursue opportunities within Siemens Energy AG.

Samit Sachdeva will cease to be Execution Unit Head (Grid Technologies – Transformer) effective March 31, 2026, to pursue opportunities within the Siemens group.

Aditya Mittal will step down as Execution Unit Finance Head (Grid Technologies – Grid Solutions) effective April 10, 2026, to pursue opportunities outside the company.
