Oriana Power wins 32 MW solar EPC orders with 20 MWh storage

Oriana Power Private Limited has secured three engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contracts for ground-mounted solar projects totalling 32 MW, coupled with 20 MWh of battery energy storage in Jodhpur, Rajasthan. The orders were received on March 24, 2026.
The combined EPC value of the three contracts stands at Rs 162.68 crore, excluding goods and services tax (GST). An additional two-year operation and maintenance (O&M) component is valued at Rs 1 crore, excluding GST.
Kesari Alloys Private Limited has awarded the largest contract, covering a 16 MW solar project with 10 MWh of storage. The EPC portion is valued at Rs 74.34 crore, with Rs 50 lakh allocated for two-year O&M.
Ramayana Ispat Private Limited and Duggar Fiber Private Limited have each awarded 8 MW solar projects paired with 5 MWh of storage. Each EPC contract is valued at Rs 44.17 crore, along with Rs 25 lakh for two-year O&M.
Oriana Power’s scope includes end-to-end execution, covering design, supply, installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance. The company stated in its regulatory filing that the awarding entities are not related parties.
Recently, the company incorporated three wholly owned subsidiaries. Brightera Solar Private Limited and Sunpeak Solutions Private Limited were incorporated on March 11, 2026, followed by Prime Energy Solutions Private Limited on March 12.
