Kalpataru Projects International Limited (KPIL) has received new orders worth approximately Rs 4,439 crore across its transmission and distribution (T&D) business, the company disclosed in a regulatory filing to stock exchanges today.
The orders comprise a 400 kilovolt (kV) transmission line and associated substations in Africa, transmission line projects in India, and a substation project in Sweden. Client names and specific project locations were not disclosed in the filing.
With these additions, KPIL has crossed its annual order intake target of Rs 26,000 crore for financial year 2025-26. The company’s T&D and Buildings and Factories (B&F) businesses account for approximately 50% and 40% of FY26 year-to-date order inflows respectively. This latest announcement follows earlier order wins in the fiscal year that pushed KPIL’s FY26 total past Rs 22,000 crore.
Manish Mohnot, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of KPIL, said the company is leveraging its position in the T&D sector as energy transition-linked infrastructure investment grows globally. He added that the healthy pipeline and L1 positions give the company confidence to meet its full-year targets across its major businesses.
