Adani Power Limited has informed the BSE and NSE that Puneet Bansal will take over as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer from April 1, 2026, succeeding Deepak S Pandya, who will retire at the close of business on March 31, 2026.
Pandya joined Adani Power in August 2015 and has served in the role for over a decade.
Bansal brings more than 30 years of experience in corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and enterprise risk management. He joined the Adani Group in 2021 as Group Head for Governance and Secretarial, overseeing compliance across listed and unlisted entities. Earlier, he held Company Secretary and General Counsel positions at Pidilite Industries, Grasim Industries, KPIT Infosystems, and the RP Goenka Group.
The appointment represents an internal succession. For a listed company with significant regulatory oversight, continuity through a senior group executive supports stability in compliance and governance functions.
