Saatvik Green Energy Limited has received and accepted an order worth Rs 87.10 crore from a reputed independent power producer (IPP) or engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) player for the supply of solar photovoltaic (PV) modules. The company disclosed the development in a regulatory filing dated February 25, 2026.
The order has been awarded by a domestic entity and is commercial in nature. Execution is scheduled for completion by March 2026, according to details in the exchange filing.
The company stated that neither the promoter, promoter group, nor group companies have any interest in the awarding entity. The transaction is not classified as a related party transaction.
