Pace Digitek reports Q3 FY26 growth; plans BESS capacity expansion from 5 GWh to 10 GWh

Pace Digitek Limited reported year-on-year growth in revenue and profit for the third quarter of FY26, supported by steady order inflows and execution across its energy and telecom infrastructure businesses.
For the quarter ended December 31, 2025, consolidated revenue from operations rose 13.5% to Rs 6,440 million. Profit after tax (PAT) increased 11.3% to Rs 788 million. As of January 31, 2026, the company reported an order book of Rs 84,678 million, with fresh orders worth Rs 31,287 million secured after the previous quarter.
In the Energy vertical, the company delivered 200 MWh of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), of which 125 MWh was commissioned during the quarter. Pace Digitek is advancing plans to expand BESS manufacturing capacity from 5 GWh to 10 GWh. It is also developing an in-house container fabrication facility as part of its backward integration strategy. The Build-Own-Operate (BOO) energy project portfolio stood at Rs 32,500 million.
In the Telecom and Information and Communication Technology (ICT) segment, the company deployed 1,891 km of optical fibre cable, erected 428 telecom towers, and commissioned 417 telecom power equipment units during the quarter.
Commenting on the performance, Venugopal Rao Maddisetty, Chairman and Managing Director, said the company remains focused on disciplined execution, technology-driven efficiencies, and converting its order book into revenue in the coming quarters.
