Pace Digitek wins Rs 3,757 crore solar BOS order

Pace Digitek Limited has secured a domestic order worth Rs 3,757.25 crore (including GST) from Bondada Engineering Limited (BEL). The contract covers Balance of System (BOS) works for a 300 MW AC solar power project to be executed under an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) framework, along with three years of Operations and Maintenance (O&M) services.

The company informed the stock exchanges of the order on 14 January 2026 under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements (LODR) Regulations, 2015. The scope of work includes design, engineering, site development, manufacturing, supply, erection, testing, and commissioning of the project.

As per the disclosure, the project is expected to be completed within 15 months from the date of receipt of the Letter of Award (LOA). Chairman and Managing Director Mr. Venugopal Rao Maddisetty said the order marks a key milestone for the company’s expansion in the renewable energy segment, highlighting its experience in large-scale EPC execution.

Headquartered in Bengaluru, Pace Digitek operates in telecom infrastructure, power electronics, and renewable energy. Through its subsidiary, Lineage Power Private Limited, the company manufactures direct current (DC) power systems and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). An investor presentation indicated that Pace Digitek’s total order book, with a strong contribution from the energy segment, stood at Rs 9,405 crore as of January 2026.
