Ahasolar wins consultancy contract for 875 MW Rajasthan solar project

Ahasolar Technologies Limited has received a consultancy work order worth about Rs 1.18 crore for a major solar power project in Rajasthan. The contract has been issued by CIL Rajasthan Akshay Urja Limited for providing Owner’s Engineering and Project Management Consultancy (OEPMC) services. The assignment covers an 875 MW solar photovoltaic project located in the Rajasthan Rajya Vidyut Utpadan Nigam Limited (RVUNL) 2,000 MW Solar Park at Pugal, Bikaner.

The intimation was made to BSE Limited (BSE) through a regulatory filing dated 30 December 2025. As per the disclosure, this is a domestic consultancy agreement with an execution period of 18 months. Ahasolar Technologies stated that its promoters, promoter group, and group companies have no interest in the awarding entity, and the transaction does not fall under related party transactions.

The company noted that the work order marks an important engagement in the utility-scale solar space, focusing on engineering oversight and project management for large renewable assets.
