ACME Solar commissions additional 4 MW in Gujarat project

ACME Solar Holdings Limited stated that its subsidiary ACME Eco Clean Energy Private Limited has commissioned an additional 4 MW of its 100 MW wind power project at Titoda, Sayla, Surendranagar, Gujarat. Officials from the Gujarat Energy Development Agency (GEDA) and Paschim Gujarat Vij Company Limited (PGVCL) have confirmed the commissioning, and a formal certificate is expected soon.

With this addition, the total commissioned capacity of the project now stands at 56 MW. The company noted that this is a continuation of earlier project updates issued on October 17, November 3, November 19, December 9, and December 16, 2025.

In a separate filing, the company informed that it has incorporated a new wholly owned subsidiary named ACME Greentech Seventeen Private Limited on December 23, 2025. The entity is registered in Gurugram, Haryana, India. On the same day, ACME had also incorporated ACME Greentech Sixteen Private Limited. 

The subsidiary has been formed to undertake activities related to the development, establishment and operation of power generation and renewable energy projects. ACME Solar Holdings Limited has subscribed to 10,000 equity shares at a face value of Rs. 10 each, for a total cash consideration of Rs. 1,00,000, resulting in 100 per cent ownership.

Both filings were made under Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations, 2015.
