Waaree Energies Limited has secured a 300 MW solar module supply order from Sembcorp Green Infra Private Limited for large scale solar projects in Rajasthan.

Under the module supply contract, Waaree will supply G12R Tunnel Oxide Passivated Contact (TOPCon) dual glass bifacial solar modules for deployment at Sembcorp’s solar project sites in Rajasthan. The company said the modules are designed to deliver higher energy yield and long term durability, supporting utility scale renewable energy assets. Deliveries under the order will add to Waaree’s growing portfolio of renewable energy projects across India.

Commenting on the development, Mr Sunil Rathi, Executive Director, Waaree, said the order reflects the company’s capability to supply high efficiency solar technology at scale for India’s expanding renewable energy sector. Waaree also highlighted the increasing shift towards domestically manufactured, high technology solar modules as India progresses towards its 500 GW non fossil fuel capacity target.

In a separate disclosure dated December 18, 2025, Waaree Energies Limited informed that its wholly owned subsidiary, Waaree Forever Energies Private Limited, has incorporated two new wholly owned subsidiaries. The new entities are Zephyr Green Power Private Limited and Jal Surya Power Private Limited. They fall under the Independent Power Producer (IPP) classification and have been set up to facilitate and hold specific power projects. As newly incorporated entities, they have not commenced business operations and currently have no turnover.
