Vikram Solar Limited has named Arun Mittal as the CEO of its wholly owned subsidiary VSL Powerhive Private Limited. The appointment strengthens the company’s entry into the energy storage market at a time when its solar manufacturing capacity has reached 9.5 GW.
VSL Powerhive has been set up to focus on battery energy storage systems as part of Vikram Solar’s plan to operate as an integrated energy transition company.
