Waaree Energies Ltd. has received a new order to supply 360 MW of solar modules to a domestic developer engaged in utility-scale solar and energy storage projects. The agreement was finalised on November 11, 2025.
In a filing to BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited, the company confirmed the contract, stating that the disclosure was made under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
According to the company, the solar module supply will be completed within the 2025–26 financial year. It also clarified that the contract is a one-time order and does not involve any related party transaction.
