Advait Greenergy Private Limited, a subsidiary of the Advait Group, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Government of Gujarat during the Vibrant Gujarat Regional Conference in Mehsana. The agreement outlines investments and project initiatives worth Rs 1,400 crore across renewable energy and sustainable infrastructure projects in the state.
The company plans to set up Electrolyser and Fuel Cell manufacturing units, Emergency Restoration System (ERS) facilities, and Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) projects under the Government of India’s Revamped Distribution Sector Scheme (RDSS).
Rutvi Sheth, Director of Advait Greenergy, said the MoU is a significant step in advancing the company’s sustainable energy goals. She added that the investments in green hydrogen production and modern power infrastructure will strengthen Gujarat’s position in India’s clean energy transition.
