Reliance Power to sell five Indonesian coal subsidiaries for USD 12 million

Reliance Power Limited has entered into an agreement to sell its entire stake in five Indonesian coal subsidiaries to Biotruster (Singapore) Pte. Limited for USD 12 million.
The transaction is expected to close by 30 December 2025, subject to customary conditions. It covers 100 per cent equity in PT Avaneesh Coal Resources, PT Heramba Coal Resources, PT Sumukha Coal Services, PT Brayan Bintang Tiga Energi, and PT Sriwijaya Bintang Tiga Energi, held through Reliance Power Netherlands B.V. and Reliance Natural Resources (Singapore) Pte. Limited.
These subsidiaries contributed no income in the last financial year and represented 0.53 per cent of Reliance Power’s consolidated net worth.
