Waaree Forever Energies Private Limited, a wholly-owned unit of Waaree Energies Limited, has incorporated Waaree Forever Energies Three Private Limited.
The incorporation took place on September 24, 2025, and the certificate of incorporation was received on September 25, 2025.
This follows earlier incorporations of three step-down subsidiaries this month. Waaree Forever Energies Four Private Limited and Waaree Forever Energies Five Private Limited were incorporated on September 10, with certificates received on September 11. Waaree Forever Energies One Private Limited was incorporated on September 12, with the certificate issued the same day.
