NLC India signs MoU with KABIL for critical minerals collaboration

NLC India Limited (NLCIL) has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Khanij Bidesh India Limited (KABIL) on September 10, 2025.
The agreement focuses on cooperation in identifying, acquiring, and developing projects related to critical and strategic minerals at both domestic and international levels.
NLCIL stated that it is actively exploring opportunities in the critical minerals and rare earth elements sector. The initiative aligns with the Government of India’s push for public sector enterprises to secure such assets under defined timelines.
