Oswal Energies Limited has kicked off its Rs 3.2 billion green hydrogen project with the delivery of the first 1 MW electrolyser stack. The equipment, supplied by Greenzo Energy India Limited, marks the start of a 20 MW project being developed under a build-operate-transfer model.
The project targets the chemical and fertiliser sectors as end users. Oswal plans to commission plant capacities between 0.5 MW and 5 MW over the next 12 to 18 months.
Greenzo Energy will supply domestically developed electrolyser stacks along with integrated balance of plant (BoP) systems. Oswal Energies will handle the engineering, procurement, and construction work, building on its experience in oil, gas, and clean energy infrastructure.
Last week, Greenzo secured a Rs 3.2 billion order from Oswal Energies for the supply of electrolysers and BoP systems for this project.
