KPIL posts record revenue and profit in FY25, wins Rs 23.72 billion in new orders

Kalpataru Projects International Limited (KPIL) has reported its highest-ever revenue and profit figures for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025.
In Q4 FY25, consolidated revenue rose 18 per cent year-on-year (YoY), while profit before tax (PBT) jumped 40 per cent YoY. For the full year, KPIL’s consolidated revenue stood at Rs 223.16 billion, up 14 per cent YoY. EBITDA increased 13 per cent YoY to Rs 18.34 billion, and PBT rose 17 per cent YoY to Rs 8.23 billion.
The company’s order book reached Rs 644.95 billion as of March 31, 2025.
On a standalone basis, revenue for Q4 FY25 grew 21 per cent YoY to Rs 62.04 billion. EBITDA margins improved to 8.4 per cent. For FY25, standalone revenue reached Rs 188.88 billion, up 13 per cent YoY. Net debt was reduced by 40 per cent YoY to Rs 11.07 billion.
Additionally, KPIL also announced new order worth approximately Rs 23.72 billion. This includes power transmission and distribution projects in India and overseas, and buildings and factories projects in India.
