Kerala State Electricity Board Limited (KSEB) has signed an agreement with the Solar Energy Corporation of India Limited (SECI) to boost solar energy in Kerala. The deal aims to reduce power purchase costs by at least 10%, with KSEB set to buy 500 MW of solar power from SECI at Rs 3.49 per unit. Kazatomprom updates 2024 uranium production guidance

NTPC‘s R&D division, NETRA, in collaboration with the Indian Institute of Petroleum (IIP) Dehradun, has developed an indigenous catalyst for converting CO2 into methanol. This catalyst, crucial for chemical synthesis, facilitates CO2 hydrogenation and is currently being tested in a 10 kg/day methanol pilot plant.
