Insolation Energy has launched a new subsidiary, MGVI Green Infra One, to focus on solar and renewable energy projects.
The subsidiary will handle the development, installation, construction, operation, and maintenance of solar power plants and other renewable energy projects. It will also provide consultancy services and commission rooftop solar photovoltaic projects with comprehensive operation and maintenance (O&M) services.
MGVI Green Infra One has an authorised share capital of Rs 0.1 million, with Insolation Energy holding a 60% share. Promoters Vikas Jain and Manish Gupta will each hold a 20% stake.
