Juniper Green Energy Private Limited has commissioned a 145.99 MWp solar power project in Chapalgaon village, located in Akkalkot taluka of Solapur district, Maharashtra. The electricity generated from the project will be supplied to the Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (MSEDCL). Epigral to invest Rs 213.8 million in Gujarat hybrid power project

Epigral Limited has signed a Share Subscription and Shareholder’s Agreement (SSSHA) with Prozeal Green Energy Private Limited and its special purpose vehicle (SPV), Pro-Zeal Green Power Ten Private Limited. The agreement is for the procurement of power from a 19.8 MW wind-solar hybrid project located in Gujarat. Epigral will invest around Rs 213.8 million to acquire a 26 per cent equity stake in the SPV. The investment will support power procurement on a captive basis.

NTPC Green Energy Limited (NGEL), a subsidiary of NTPC Limited, has signed a 25-year power purchase agreement (PPA) with Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation Limited (UPPCL).
