SECL commissions rapid loading system at Dipka

  South Eastern Coalfields Limited (SECL), a subsidiary of Coal India Limited, has commissioned a rapid loading system and silos at its Dipka megaproject in Chhattisgarh under the First Mile Connectivity (FMC) initiative.
