Adani Electricity Mumbai Limited (AEML), a wholly owned subsidiary of Adani Energy Solutions Limited, has completed the acquisition of 100% equity shares in Superheights Infraspace Private Limited (SIPL). This follows the execution of a share purchase agreement with Adani Properties Private Limited.
