Mirova invests $10 million to fund C&I solar projects in Vietnam

KPI Green Energy targets early completion of 200 MW solar project

Hartek Group secures rooftop solar contract for Hindustan Coca-Cola plant

TREDA targets 10,895 solar-powered pumps

The Tripura Renewable Energy Development Agency (TREDA) has set a target of installing 10,895 solar-powered pumps for irrigation in rural farmlands under the PM KUSUM scheme.  Of the target, 3,616 pumps have already been installed, providing irrigation to 7,232 acres of farmland and benefiting 3,616 marginal farmers.  Work is underway for the installation of an additional 5,051 pumps, with steps being taken to establish the remaining 2,264 pumps as soon as possible. NHPC receives approval for Lanco Teesta Hydro Power merger

NHPC Limited has secured approval from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) for the merger of Lanco Teesta Hydro Power with NHPC.  The company also received a second insurance payment of Rs 2.50 billion related to business interruption losses from the October 2023 flash flood at the 510 MW Teesta-V Power Station. Rajasthan allocates 4,000 hectares for 2,000 MW solar project

Premier Energies wins Rs 1.46 billion solar contracts

Premier Energies Limited’s subsidiaries, Premier Energies Global Environment Private Limited, Premier Energies International Private Limited, and Premier Energies Photovoltaic Private Limited, secured contracts worth Rs 1.46 billion for solar module and cell supply in India on January 14, 2025. The companies won Rs 10.41 billion for solar modules and Rs 4.19 billion for solar cells. Module supplies are expected to begin in May 2025.
