Wardwizard Innovations & Mobility Limited reported its financial performance for Q1 FY25, ending in June 2024. The company’s revenue increased to Rs 489.68 million, a 29.23 per cent year-on-year growth. Standalone total revenues rose from Rs 378.93 million in the same quarter of the previous year, while EBITDA jumped 60.13 per cent to Rs 76.48 million, with an EBITDA margin of 15.62 per cent, up by 302 basis points. The profit after tax (PAT) was Rs 24.15 million, a 37.92 per cent increase, with the PAT margin improving by 31 basis points.
On a consolidated basis, revenue grew by 35.79 per cent to Rs 514.43 million, with EBITDA up 65.80 per cent to Rs 74.89 million and an EBITDA margin of 14.56 per cent. Consolidated PAT reached Rs 23.02 million, a 47.19 per cent increase, and earnings per share (EPS) rose by 50 per cent to Rs 0.09.
The company has received an order from Beulah International Development Corporation in the Philippines, worth USD 1.29 billion, for electric two-wheelers, three-wheelers, and the development of four-wheelers for commercial use.
