Telangana to create new power discom and expand urban cabling
The Telangana government is preparing to establish a new electricity distribution company by restructuring the Northern Power Distribution Company of Telangana Limited (NPDCL) and the Southern Power Distribution Company of Telangana Limited (SPDCL).
