Thiruvananthapuram wins UN Habitat Global Award for Sustainable Development in Cities

Thiruvananthapuram Municipal Corporation has been awarded the prestigious Global Award for Sustainable Development in Cities, a recognition led by the United Nations Human Settlements Programme (UN Habitat) and the Shanghai Municipality.  This award celebrates significant achievements by cities in implementing sustainable urban development under the new urban agenda.
