Uno Minda and IGL approve investments in solar power projects
The Board of Directors of Uno Minda Limited has approved an investment to procure 17.85 MWp of captive solar power in Maharashtra. The company will invest Rs 62.5 million to acquire a 9.75 per cent equity stake in Amplus Ampere Private Limited, a special purpose vehicle (SPV) of Amplus Energy Solutions Private Limited.
