Since FY 2014-15, Energy Efficiency Services Limited (EESL) has carried out street light installations across the following States and Union Territories, with the state-wise installation details recorded as of March 31, 2025 shown below: So far, the 2015 launched Street Lighting National Programme (SLNP) has installed 13.1 million LED streetlights.
