Grid-India issues draft rules for ISTS-connected ESS
Grid-India has released a draft procedure to govern scheduling, metering, accounting, deviation settlement, transmission charge waivers, and Renewable Energy Certificate mechanisms for Energy Storage Systems, including battery storage and pumped storage projects.
